Asia is currently burning with Meteor Garden fever and it will be a long while before it breaks. The hype is expected to intensify here in the Philippines when ABS-CBN starts airing the Tagalog-dubbed version of the series on August 20, 2018.
While Shen Yue as Dong Shancai is the heart of the series, it’s her two leading men, the half of the new F4 – Dylan Wang as Daoming Si and Darren Chen as Huaze Lei – who keep the show aflame.
Dylan is Chinese and 20 years old while Darren is Taiwanese and three years older. They play opposite characters in the series. On the surface, Dylan’s Daoming Si is aggressive and abrasive while Darren’s Huaze Lei is the quiet and brooding type.
But, we can all agree that they’re both stupidly handsome, stylish and charismatic.
