Hiring in Pinas can be unfair

In her rant, Marcelino emphasizes two main problems:
Candidates are judged based on their educational attainment regardless of skillset.
People are discriminated against when it comes to their age, regardless if they can still contribute or not.

Marcelino also laments the poor benefits and salary in Pinas, citing these as reasons why Filipinos risk going abroad
‘When will FILIPINOS work in their own country with the RIGHT BENEFITS and PRIVILEGES?!’, she muses.
