It’s a great example to see and hear from celebrities sharing their road to sobriety.

Hollywood is notorious for celebrities, personalities, and models alike consuming alcohol and other drugs for certain roles and events or simply for recreational purposes.

Last January, Bella declared one of her New Year’s resolutions to be ‘Dry January,’ where one does not consume alcohol for an entire month after celebrating hard in the previous year’s celebrations.

Bella shared on Tiktok and Instagram her five-month alcohol-free status after promoting her non-alcoholic beverage, Kin Euphorics.

Bella Hadid is one of the most beloved supermodels to grace the runways of numerous fashion brands with her striking beauty and elegance. The American supermodel is not only known for her countless collaborations and stunning paparazzi photos but her vulnerability on social media when it comes to her overall health and well-being.

In an interview with W Magazine, Bella opened up about her health journey, including her struggles with depression and mental health.

“My body does not do well with alcohol,” Hadid said. “And in the fashion industry, we work a lot. So we feel like at night we can play a lot, and then wake up and do it again. And I realized that is not a sustainable life for me to live.”

She also opened up about her history of alcohol usage and the ways it has affected her. “I used to drink a lot in college. After a full day of school, then I would have to go to castings and then go get my art supplies and I would get home and I would drink a bottle of wine and call it a day. And I’m sure that that’s why my brain looks the way it looks.”

Other models such as the infamous Cara Delevingne have also opened up about sobriety and healing with Vogue magazine after last year’s news reports and sightings of Cara on drugs.

We hope that more famous personalities would use their platform to promote a safe space for discussions of mental health and sobriety, especially for the younger audiences who are keeping tabs on them.
