Taylor Swift just took home Album of the Year at the Grammy Awards for her 1989 album and she just clapped back at Kanye West for his recent shading on the Bad Blood singer.
Remember when Taytay’s brother threw out his Moonrock Yeezy Boosts after hearing about a song called Famous on The Life of Pablo?
Well that song had specific lyrics directed at Taylor Swift.
“I made that b*tch famous.”
And Austin Swift was just defending his sister’s honor.
After that little thing debacle, it was Taylor’s turn to clap back.
She spoke directly to the women in the audience, imploring them not to let the haters get to their heads.
“There are going to be people along the way who will try to undercut your success or take credit for your accomplishments or your fame,” she said.
“But if you just focus on the work and you don’t let those people sidetrack you, someday when you get where you’re going, you’ll look around and know that it was you.”
You can watch Swift’s video above for the speech.
