It seems only yesterday when Rupert Grint was tugging our heartstrings as Ron Weasley in the ‘Harry Potter‘ franchise. Now, the 32-year-old actor is staying lowkey as a full-fledged Instagram dad – and he’s still got that charm.
The actor recently joined Instagram today with a profile picture of actress Maggie Smith, who played Professor McGonagall, kissing him on the cheek. To celebrate his first post, he snapped an adorb pic with his firstborn child.
‘Hey Instagram….only 10 years late, but here I am. Grint on the Gram! Here to introduce you all to Wednesday G. Grint,’ he captioned, referring to his 6-month old daughter with English actress Georgia Groome.
‘Stay safe, Rupert’
He’s gained over 2M followers since posting, and has joined fellow HP actors Emma Watson (Hermoine Granger), Tom Felton (Draco Malfoy), Bonnie Wright (Ginny Weasley), and Matthew Lewis (Neville Longbottom) on the Instagram wave.
The only one missing? The Boy Who Lived Himself: Daniel Radcliffe.
Here’s hoping for a reunion soon
