In case you’re not a big fan of the anime, the ‘One Punch Man’ workout consists of doing 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats, and a 10km run, EVERY SINGLE DAY for a month.
It’s pretty freaking intense and absurd, which goes along with the theme of the show. But as this Singaporean dude proves, it’s actually possible.

Sean Seah weighed around 70kg before the challenge, which began on Feb 10.
He opted to start at level 5 first, where he did 50 push-ups, 50 sit-ups, 50 squats, and a 5km run daily.
After a week, he lost 2.8 kg, but eventually plateaued at Day 17.
He upped the workout to level 7, which consists of 70 push-ups, 70 sit-ups, 70 squats, and a 7km run.
On Day 23, he took on the full challenge at level 10.
At the end of the month, Sean compared the results and boy, was it mindblowing.
Sean notes that he didn’t create a super complicated diet for his workout, as he just opted to lessen his fried food, carb, and sugar intake.
The 38-year-old probably had enough of the insane weight loss challenge tho, as he revealed that he would be switching to a normal gym routine in addition to running at least three times a week.
