The highly-anticipated ‘Hintayan ng Langit’ dropped in cinemas yesterday and we couldn’t be more excited!
The Juan Miguel Severo flick about two lovebirds (Eddie Garcia, Gina Pareño) stuck in purgatory promises to be a funny, tearjerking and thought-provoking rollercoaster ride of emotions.
Unfortunately, the social media hype that the trailer initially received didn’t translate into ticket sales, as the film is supposedly being pulled out of cinemas in just its 2nd day of screening.
In fact, movie-goers are already having a hard time finding the flick in their local theatres

Which is a damn shame, since early reviews have been positive
Today, #HintayanNgLangit premieres nationwide. I cannot emphasize enough how important it is for you to watch the film. It doesn't only force its viewers to ruminate on life and death, the movie also tugs at the core of human desire, how love is both beautiful and fatal. pic.twitter.com/bccxzDzut8

Here’s hoping it’s still around during the weekends
