After the confirmation of their comeback this June, BLACKPINK’s YG Entertainment has announced that the girl group is officially dropping their first full-length album this September
With all of the album’s songs already recorded, the June single will be a ‘pre-release‘ track for their stans (Blinks) craving for more content after their almost 2-year break.
‘The BLACKPINK members are currently preparing to film the music video for the song, and they are picking up the pace of their final preparations, including practicing their new choreography,’ YG confirmed.
‘The second new song, which is a special kind of a new song, is scheduled for a release in July or August.’
Despite the upcoming comeback though, some Blinks are still on the fence with the limited amount of music that BLACKPINK has been dropping courtesy of YG.
Since their debut 4 years ago in 2016, the group has only released a total of 13 songs from 1 album and 3 singles – with long AF hiatuses in between.
We feel you there, Blinks
