Apart from requesting donations, Angkas has revealed a new service to support their people. Called ‘Angkas Food’, all of the proceeds from the food-delivery service will be donated to the drivers. In a post, Angkas admits that food delivery is uncharted territory, but it’s one they’re willing to venture for the sake of their bikers.

‘Delivering food isn’t our expertise.

Angkas will not take any commission in this initiative.

So in case you’re up for some grub AND want to help daily wage earners in the process, you can check out Angkas’ list of partner restos on its Google Slides menu here. Delivery hours are from 10 am to 5:30 pm and the service costs PHP 60 for the first 3 km. A no-touch policy will also be implemented since nowadays, social distancing is king.
