If you loved A Quiet Place, and we’re sure you most likely did, it’s getting a sequel already.
The 2018 American horror film is directed by John Krasinski, who stars alongside his real-life wife, Emily Blunt. The film has a 95% rating on Rotten Tomatoes and it has been the talk of the town with its unique movie elements to film viewers because if they hear you, they hunt you.
The whole movie plays with elemental fears that will get you up and tense inside the theater as you await the next happening or the next encounter with these ruthless creatures. Krasinski has surely raised the bar with his film.
And luckily, Paramount is moving ahead with a sequel to the film. Studio chief Jim Gianopulos made the announcement at CinemaCon on Wednesday.
“If you told me five years ago that an almost silent film starring the very funny guy Jim from The Office would have been a hit at Paramount, I would have said, ‘Well, I should go work at Paramount,'” Gianopulos told the crowd.
