WATCH: Prince Harry and Meghan Markle look so in love in engagement interview with BBC

They held hands during the entire interview and kept giving each other not just sidelong glances but real I-love-you stares. We felt the love and we’re jealous AF!

Prince Harry and Suits actress Meghan Markle sat down with BBC for their first-ever interview as an engaged couple, filmed at the Kensington Palace.

Harry, looking handsomely scruffy, and Megan, looking pretty and classy in a dark olive green dress, started with sharing details on how the engagement happened (keywords: roast chicken) and how they met albeit keeping the identity of their matchmaker a secret. A few weeks after their first date, they flew to Botswana and, in Harry’s words, “camped with each other under the stars.”

Megan told the interviewer that the only question she asked the person who set them up was “was he nice?” while Harry revealed that he didn’t know Megan as an actress as he didn’t watch Suits.

Megan shared that she has met and spent time with everyone in the royal family as well as the close relatives of Harry’s mummy, the late queen of hearts, Princess Diana. When asked about the ring, Harry disclosed, “It’s yellow gold as it’s Megan’s favorite, the main stone itself I sourced from Botswana, and the little diamonds on the side are from my mother’s jewelry collection, to make sure that she’s with us in this crazy journey together.”
