Warner Bros. Pictures has released the first trailer for “Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald,” which brings the audience back to the world of Newt Scamander, played by Eddie Redmayne.

This sequel to 2016’s “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” will tell what happened when pre-Harry Potter Hogwarts’ Albus Dumbledore, handsomely played by Jude Law, enlisted Newt Scamander to help foil the plans of the monstrous Gellert Grindelwald, brought to life on screen by Johnny Depp.

Returning for the sequel are Katherine Waterston as Porpetina Goldstein – Newt’s lady love, Dan Fogler as Jacob Kowalski – Newt’s No-Maj pal, Ezra Miller as Credence Barebone – the Obscurial who may have survived his death in the first film, and Zoë Kravitz as Leta Lestrange – the pure-blood witch born into the pure-blood extremist family.

Directed by David Yates, “Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald” will hit theaters in November.
