A 26-year-old construction worker admitted to raping 2 of 5 members of a family that he along with his cohorts murdered inside a house in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan on Thursday.
Suspect Carmelino Ibañez said he was under the influence of illegal drugs and alcohol along with his cohorts with aliases “Tony” and “Inggo” when they killed Auring Carlos, her daughter Estrella, along with three grandchildren by the age of 1, 5, and 11.
Ibañez said he just thought of raping both Auring and Estrella at the spur of the moment. “Parang naisipan lang,” he mentioned.
Ibañez added he and his cohorts didn’t intend to kill the children.
Ibañez mentioned he couldn’t recall a lot about the crime, except that they killed the 2 women before the children.
Ibañez told radio DZMM that he and his cohorts all took P150 worth of shabu during a drinking session before the crimes.
