“Meghan has the most amazing skin,” London-based facialist Nichola tells Glamour UK. “She really looks after herself, and I think it shows.”

“You want to start getting regular massages from the beginning of your skincare journey. Since it not only helps remove the tension in the face, but it also really helps improve the texture of when you massage with a good, clean facial oil,” she says.

Ladies, listen up: You’d need at least four or five months to clear your skin off with acne and scars. It’s during this period where corrective treatments are done since it takes a lot of time to heal and show results. If you think about it, it almost takes half a year to get clear skin.
